​Spencer Lacy is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 10 years of instream design and engineering experience working for REP. Spencer has had a lead role in many in-stream and riverside projects, giving him extensive experience in project management, concept and final project design, engineering drawing, project permitting, hydraulic modeling, and on-site construction inspection and management. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley where he focused in river restoration, environmental fluid mechanics, and fluvial geomorphology. Spencer is also a professional whitewater athlete, which gives him distinct experience to know what works and helps drive innovation in REP’s river park designs.
